Astonjet Limited is seeking an accomplished Captain to operate the Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A) from Paris–Le Bourget. You will lead a high‑performing crew, deliver impeccable safety and service for a discerning clientele, and represent Astonjet with professionalism on every flight.
✈️ The Opportunity
As Captain, you hold command responsibility for safe, efficient aircraft operation throughout every phase of flight. You’ll set the tone for operational excellence, lead a cooperative cockpit environment, and ensure a consistently outstanding client experience aligned with Astonjet’s high standards.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the crew, fostering a professional, healthy, and cooperative team environment.
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor crew duties; distribute workload effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, Astonjet policies, and flight operations procedures.
- Maintain the highest operational, safety, service, and professional standards.
- Delegate tasks to qualified and authorized crew members while retaining full command responsibility.
- Uphold the safety of all crew members and passengers, ensuring efficient operation across all phases of flight.
- Represent Astonjet professionally with VIP clientele, delivering exceptional customer service and commercial awareness.
- Promote the company’s safety culture and proactive use of the Centrik Safety Reporting Tool.
- Report accidents, incidents, and occurrences promptly to the Safety Manager; lead by example in safety, compliance, and professionalism.
🧰 What You Bring
- Valid EASA Part‑FCL ATPL with ME‑IR(A), appropriate type or class rating, PBN endorsement, and EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Advanced UPRT and MCC completed (unless you already hold a multi‑pilot aircraft type rating).
- Minimum 500 hours PIC and 500 hours IFR.
- English proficiency at FCL.055 Level 4 or higher, and fluent French.
- Clean criminal background check and clean drug test.
- Current C68A type rating and TRI on type appreciated.
