• Execute safe and compliant operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong CRM, clear communication, and decisive support to the flight deck.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and systems management.
• Champion a safety-first culture and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 1,000 hours
• In type: 300 hours on Challenger 850 / CRJ200 (CL65)
• Multi‑Pilot: 500 hours
• Type rating: Required
• Flight time notes: Current Challenger 850 / CRJ200 type‑rating (CL65)

🧾 Licences & Medical

• Licence required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Accepted licences: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
