✈️ The Opportunity

As a Challenger 650 First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, ensuring a safe, seamless, and client-focused experience. You’ll operate to the highest standards of professionalism and compliance in a dynamic business-aviation environment—balancing precision, teamwork, and exemplary customer service on every mission.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Support the Captain in leading all phases of international flight—from preflight planning and briefing to landing and postflight duties.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 650 while maintaining the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort.
• Operate in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and all applicable regulatory requirements (domestic and international).
• Demonstrate strong CRM, TEM, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Deliver an elevated onboard experience through professional, discreet, and proactive customer service.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support operational excellence and team collaboration.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Licensing/Medical: Valid Canadian ATPL and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 2,000 hours total time; at least 100 hours jet time; minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command.
• Regulatory: Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
• Type/Asset: Challenger 650 type rating preferred; direct CL650 experience a strong asset; international flying experience preferred.
• Soft skills: Exceptional customer-service orientation, calm under pressure, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Mobility: Unrestricted ability and willingness to travel.
