In this high-visibility role, you’ll operate both domestic and international flights, make critical operational decisions, and represent Jet Aviation with discretion and professionalism. You’ll thrive in dynamic conditions, adapting quickly while maintaining a quality-driven, customer-first approach.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Assume command of all assigned flights; ensure full compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
  • Operate the Challenger 605 with precision; maintain complete, current knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures.
  • Plan and manage flight profiles, fuel, performance, alternates, and contingencies; adapt swiftly to changing conditions.
  • Lead and mentor the crew; conduct or delegate passenger safety briefings to deliver a refined, seamless client experience.
  • Perform TSA Flight Security Coordinator duties under the Twelve-Five or Private Charter Standard Security Program.
  • Champion safety culture: encourage open communication, report hazards, and maintain a secure operating environment.
  • Record and report discrepancies as they occur; manage trip documentation and maintain aircraft manuals and currency.
  • Complete accurate trip paperwork per company procedures; serve as a professional Jet Aviation brand ambassador.
  • Operate across diverse environments, including maintenance areas, customer facilities, hangars, and varying weather conditions.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Certificates & Medical: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) and FAA First Class Medical.
  • Total Fixed-Wing Time: 3,500 hours minimum.
  • PIC: 1,500 hours.
  • Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours.
  • Turbojet: 500 hours; Turbine: 500 hours.
  • Night: 100 hours; Simulated Instrument: 75 hours.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule aligned to mission needs; unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent); valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
