🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and punctual operations in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough flight preparation, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, weight and balance, and navigation planning.
  • Execute all phases of flight with professionalism, strong CRM, and clear communication.
  • Champion a safety-first mindset, contributing to SMS practices and continuous improvement.
  • Provide discreet, service-oriented care tailored to corporate/VIP passengers.
  • Coordinate with ground handling, maintenance, and operations to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 1500+ hours
  • Pilot-in-command (PIC): 150+ hours
  • Jet time: 500+ hours
  • Type rating: Challenger 650/605/604 (current/valid)
  • Background: Corporate aviation
  • License: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Open to license holders: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Basic skills: Microsoft Office

📍 Location & lifestyle

  • Base of operations: Dubai, UAE
  • Residency: Candidate must be resident of the UAE or willing to relocate and live in Dubai
  • Contract type: This is not a commuting contract
