Challenger 604 First Officer – Global Operations (Permanent, NTR)

Step into the right seat of a Challenger 604 and help deliver safe, seamless, and signature service on international missions. This is a permanent role with a safety-first operator. Non-type rated pilots are welcome—full type training provided.

  • Eligibility: Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada

✈️ The Mission

As First Officer on the CL-604, you will partner with the Captain to plan and execute global operations with precision, professionalism, and poise under pressure—while delivering an elevated customer experience.

  • Conduct safe, compliant operations to international standards, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support comprehensive preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
  • Operate advanced avionics and FMS; manage oceanic/remote communications and procedures as required.
  • Champion a strong CRM culture with clear communication, TEM, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide polished, discreet customer service from door-close to arrival.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules and changing environments while representing the brand with professionalism worldwide.

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Jet Time: 100 hours
  • Track Record: Proven, highly experienced First Officer
  • License: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation
  • Composure: Performs effectively under pressure
  • Mobility: Willing and able to travel without restriction
  • Preferred: Challenger type rating (CL-604/605/650) — CL-650 experience is a strong asset
  • Preferred: International flying experience

Non‑type rated (NTR) candidates are encouraged to apply; full training provided.
