✈️ The Opportunity

As our Challenger 604 First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and discreet private jet travel. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing exacting operational standards with a strong service mindset for owners and guests.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from planning and performance to post-flight duties.
  • Conduct accurate flight planning: weather/NOTAM review, performance calculations, fuel planning, routing, and alternates.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and robust CRM to maintain the highest safety margins.
  • Manage FMS programming, aircraft systems, and navigation in domestic and international airspace.
  • Deliver a polished, customer-first experience while safeguarding safety, privacy, and comfort.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and comply with SMS and regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt to evolving schedules and operate effectively under pressure with professionalism and discretion.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Jet time: 100 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Flight time notes: Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Current or previous CL650 type rating and/or Challenger 650 experience
  • Proven international flying experience

🧭 Mobility & Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
  • Willing and able to travel without restriction.
