  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain UK security clearance

🧭 The Mission

As a C604 First Officer, you will support the aircraft Commander in the safe and efficient execution of flights while serving as a key interface with our valued customers. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help uphold Draken’s standards and ensure consistently excellent service.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Commander with flight planning, preflight preparation, and execution in line with company SOPs and UK CAA regulations.
  • Operate the Challenger 604 to the highest safety standards, applying effective CRM and threat-and-error management.
  • Engage confidently with customers and stakeholders, acting as a professional ambassador for Draken.
  • Contribute to on-time performance and efficient turnarounds while maintaining full compliance and safety margins.
  • Complete all required documentation, logs, and technical reports accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in recurrent training and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🧾 Minimum Qualifications

  • Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Security: Eligible to obtain and maintain UK security clearance
  • Type Rating: Not required — full training provided

Applicants must hold, or be eligible to hold, the stated UK CAA licences and medical at the time of application.

🎯 Preferred Background

  • Experience within civil flight operations and collaboration with operations/dispatch teams.
  • Previous military or government aviation exposure is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with UK CAA regulations, SMS, and SOP-driven environments.
