Challenger 604 (CL604) Captain — Europe/Africa Base (Type-Rated)

License: ATPL (EASA or ICAO accepted)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
Languages: English and German (additional languages are an asset)
Work authorization: Valid European and/or Swiss work permit (no visa sponsorship)

✈️ The mission

As Captain on our CL604 fleet, you will lead safe, efficient, and discreet operations on international routes, delivering a seamless experience for our clients from preflight to shutdown.

Command CL604 flights across international routes with bases in Europe and/or Africa.
Uphold company SOPs and international regulations (ICAO, EASA).
Oversee flight preparation, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM review, and risk assessments.
Foster a professional, collaborative cockpit culture; mentor and support First Officers.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and client service at all times.

🧭 What you’ll bring

Current CL604 type rating with relevant Captain experience in business aviation.
Proven experience in international business aviation operations.
In‑depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and operational best practices.
Calm, solution‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and safety awareness.
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness and flexibility to operate on international routes.

Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience for the position as Captain; experience in international business aviation operations
