🧭 Role overview

As Captain, you will set the standard for safety, service, and professionalism on every flight, leading the crew and making confident, time‑critical decisions in dynamic conditions.

  • Serve as PIC on Challenger 604 operations, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Deliver an exceptional passenger experience through attentive, discreet, and solutions‑focused service.
  • Exercise sound judgment and problem‑solving to manage changing weather, operational constraints, and client needs.
  • Champion crew resource management, clear communication, and a proactive safety culture.
  • Maintain currency and training requirements, including a valid PPC and recency in the applicable aircraft grouping.
  • Be available for trips on short notice and comfortable being away from home for extended periods.

🧰 What you bring

  • Hold a valid PPC and currency for an aeroplane in the applicable aircraft grouping.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a polished, professional presence.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time‑management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong CRM.
  • Willingness to be away for extended periods on short notice.
  • ATPL (TCCA) and Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.

🌟 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC time: 2,200 hours
  • Multi‑engine PIC: 1,950 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 2,500 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🧭 Preferred background

  • Time on type (Challenger 604/605/601 family).
  • International operational experience.
