🧭 The Mission
Join Draken as we expand our permanent operational presence in KSA, delivering world-class Operational Readiness Training across the Middle East. In this role, you will support a high-impact programme that provides Electronic Warfare (EW) Flying Training—both airborne and classroom-based—aligned to the requirements of the RSAF.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command the Challenger CL-604 on EW training sorties as part of a multi-crew operation.
- Deliver airborne and classroom instruction to meet programme training objectives.
- Lead flight crews with strong airborne decision-making and mission execution.
- Conduct thorough briefs/debriefs to ensure learning outcomes and operational excellence.
- Uphold a robust safety and compliance culture in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and satisfaction.

✈️ Flight Time Requirements
- PIC Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
- Jet: 2,000 hours
Probationary Captain pathway: 1,500 hrs PIC on military fast jet aircraft may be considered.
Note: Multi-crew, multi-engine jet experience applies to standard Captain applicants.
📋 Licensing & Training
- Licences: CPL, IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Open to Licence Holders: UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
- Type Rating: Not required; full training provided on the CL-604 (NTR)
🌟 Preferred
- C604 type rating.
- Previous experience on aircraft supporting Operational Readiness Training or EW roles.
