Challenger 604 Captain – Operational Readiness & Electronic Warfare Training (KSA)

🧭 Your mission

As a Captain on the CL‑604, you will lead multi-crew missions that deliver complex Electronic Warfare training effects, ensuring safe, compliant and effective sorties that meet RSAF training objectives.

• Plan, brief, and execute CL‑604 missions for EW flying training; debrief with a sharp focus on learning outcomes.
• Deliver airborne and classroom instruction in alignment with RSAF requirements and Draken standards.
• Exercise strong airborne leadership, CRM, and decision-making in a dynamic multi-threat environment.
• Uphold rigorous aviation safety, compliance, and SMS/QA practices across all operations.
• Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to optimise training readiness and sortie effectiveness.
• Mentor fellow crew and support continuous improvement within a high-performance training programme.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Flight time: 2,000 hrs PIC
• 2,000 hrs multi-engine
• 2,000 hrs jet
• 2,000 hrs multi-pilot (multi-crew)
• Alternative pathway: 1,500 hrs PIC on military fast jet (considered for probationary Captains)
• Licences: UK CAA CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and completed UPRT
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Clearance: Eligible to obtain and maintain UK security clearance
