Challenger 604 Captain (PIC) — RDU-Based

Elevate Jet is seeking a type-rated Challenger 604 Captain who thrives in a team cockpit, exercises sound judgment, and delivers an exceptional client experience. 🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command of the CL-604, partnering with the SIC to execute every phase of flight to the highest professional standard.
• Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and Elevate Jet’s General Operations Manual.
• Lead thorough preflight planning, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, alternates, and international procedures.
• Exercise decisive, safety-first leadership in dynamic environments and changing conditions.
• Model excellent crew resource management, clear communications, and teamwork in a two-pilot environment.
• Deliver discreet, anticipatory customer service that reflects Elevate Jet’s premium brand.
• Maintain aircraft and operational readiness documentation as required.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 3,500 hours
• Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
• Instrument: 250 hours
• Type Rating: Required on CL-604
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: First Class

🌟 Preferred

• Time in Type: 250 hours on the Challenger 604

🧭 Additional Requirements

• No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada.
• Compliant with ICAO Annex I — 2.1.10 for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
• Travel required 100% of the time.
• Proof of certain vaccinations may be required.
• Must reside within 2 hours of RDU.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.
