Challenger 604 Captain – International Aeromedical Operations (Singapore)

Join our Fixed Wing team in Singapore as a full-time Captain operating medically configured retrieval jets. You’ll work alongside a critical care doctor and flight nurse to deliver life-saving international aeromedical evacuations with professionalism, precision, and compassion.
🧭 Your mission
Lead safe, efficient, and patient-centred aeromedical retrievals across international routes. As Captain, you will set the tone for operational excellence, coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team, and maintain the highest standards of airmanship in dynamic environments.
- Operate the Challenger 604 on multi-sector, cross-border missions, day and night.
- Exercise command decision-making with a safety-first mindset in complex IFR environments.
- Work as one team with a critical care doctor and flight nurse to deliver time-critical patient transport.
- Champion SOPs, threat and error management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- A safety-first attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and drive to achieve and maintain the highest level of competency in aero-medical operations.
- Australian passport with no travel restrictions and more than 12 months’ validity; no known impediments to obtaining visas for international operations.
- Right to work in Singapore, or individual eligibility to obtain this without employer sponsorship.
- Willingness to complete mandatory immunisations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella Zoster, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine PIC: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine turbine: 1,000 hours
- License: CASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 6
- IFR currency: Current CASA MECIR with a minimum of five renewals
- Experience: International jet operations
- Type rating: Not required — training provided

- Current type rating on the Challenger 604 and/or Citation CJ3.
