🧭 Your Mission
Lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on worldwide routes. You’ll exercise decisive command, mentor crew, and uphold uncompromising standards from planning through post‑flight—ensuring every sector reflects operational excellence.
- Command the CL‑604 across diverse international airspace, climates, and time zones.
- Execute meticulous flight planning, fuel strategies, and performance calculations.
- Champion SOP adherence, risk management, and effective TEM in all phases of flight.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience while protecting safety and punctuality.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams worldwide.
- Maintain exemplary aircraft handling, CRM, and decision‑making under pressure.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Clear demonstration of excellent performance—validated by training records, line checks, and safety outcomes.
- Extensive global flight experience with proven capability in complex international operations.
- Strong commercial aviation background; experience in EU‑OPS and/or AIR OPS environments is a distinct advantage.
- Polished customer service ethos and the discretion expected in premium operations.
- Calm, assertive leadership with exemplary CRM and communication skills.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 3000 hours
- Type rating: Required on the Bombardier Challenger 604 (CL‑604)
- License: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
- Preferred training: Military or airline training is an advantage
