Join Draken in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and help expand a premier Operational Readiness Training programme. We are hiring experienced Challenger 604 Captains and welcoming outstanding military fast-jet aviators into a Probationary Captain pathway to deliver high-impact Electronic Warfare (EW) flying training—both airborne and classroom-based—to meet Royal Saudi Air Force requirements.
🧭 The Mission
Draken continues to build a permanent operational presence in KSA, expanding its role as the Middle East’s premier Operational Readiness Training provider. In this role, you will support an exciting programme that delivers Electronic Warfare flying training aligned to RSAF requirements—combining missionized airborne operations with expert classroom instruction.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Deliver airborne and classroom Electronic Warfare training to meet RSAF standards.
- Lead multi-crew Challenger 604 missions in a demanding training environment, ensuring flawless execution from brief to debrief.
- Champion safety, compliance, and mission assurance across all phases of flight and instruction.
- Exercise strong airborne leadership and crew coordination in multi-engine jet operations.
- Represent Draken with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.

✅ Minimum Requirements
- PIC: 2,000 hours (PIC)
- Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
- Jet: 2,000 hours
- OR Probationary Captain pathway: 1,500 hours PIC on military fast-jet aircraft
- Licences: Valid CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Open to Licence Holders: UK CAA
💡 Preferred Experience
- C604 type rating
- Previous experience on aircraft involved in an Operational Readiness Training role
