Executive Jet Management is seeking a seasoned Pilot in Command to captain a Challenger 3500 based at Allegheny County Airport (KAGC). In this Part 135, three-pilot operation, you will hold final authority for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering an exceptional experience for the aircraft owner and passengers.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance for each assignment.
  • Lead briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Conduct all preflight tasks, including verifying aircraft maintenance status and overall mission readiness.
  • Deliver thorough, regulation-compliant passenger briefings and maintain a professional cabin experience.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • 4–6 years of aviation experience.
  • Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred.
  • FAA type rating in the applicable fleet.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions of the position.
  • Appropriate FAA certificates and qualifications to serve as PIC under Part 135 operations.

📊 Minimum flight time

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
  • PIC MEL: 500 hours
  • Instrument: 300 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
