Executive Jet Management (a Berkshire Hathaway company) is seeking a proven Pilot in Command to join a five-pilot Challenger 350 team based at Cincinnati Lunken (KLUK). This permanent, Part 91 opportunity is supported by two dedicated Maintenance Technicians and centers on safe, compliant, and exceptional operations.
✈️ About the opportunity
As the Challenger 350 Captain (PIC), you hold final authority and responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient conduct of each flight. You consistently adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements while delivering a polished, discreet service experience to our passengers.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead all phases of Part 91 operations, from thorough flight planning and performance analysis to secure, efficient execution and post-flight duties.
- Ensure strict adherence to FAA regulations, EJM SOPs, and all safety, security, and risk-management protocols.
- Exercise sound judgment as final authority (PIC), fostering professional Crew Resource Management and a strong safety culture.
- Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with professional, anticipatory, and discreet service.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance Technicians to support aircraft readiness and dispatch reliability.
- Maintain all required qualifications, training currency, and records with meticulous attention to detail.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- License: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Current FAA CL-30 (Challenger 300/350) type rating — required
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant flying experience
- Eligibility: Open to FAA certificate holders; visa sponsorship is not provided
🌟 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- PIC: 2,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
- Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
Preferred: Prior experience in corporate/business aviation.
