✈️ The Opportunity

Solairus Aviation is hiring a full-time Challenger 300 Captain to support a managed business-jet operation at KDJT. You’ll be the PIC responsible for planning, execution, and post-flight follow-through, collaborating closely with a seasoned team that prizes precision and exemplary service.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism on every leg.
  • Review aircraft maintenance status and airworthiness prior to dispatch.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Plan each trip with complete weather, NOTAM, route, airport, and alternate assessments.
  • Operate in full compliance with Solairus policies and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Safeguard passengers, crew, and aircraft while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Accurately complete all trip documentation in accordance with current procedures.

🧰 Qualifications & Experience

  • Flight time minimums: 3,000 hours total time; 1,500 hours PIC; 1,500 hours multi-engine land (MEL); 500 hours MEL PIC; 500 hours in turbojet; 250 hours instrument.
  • Type rated on the Challenger 300 (or a comparable aircraft type rating).
  • Current First Class medical certificate.
  • Availability for on-call operations; flexibility for varying schedules and trip lengths.
  • Annual completion of ICAO International procedures training.
  • Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KDJT, or willingness to relocate.
