🧭 Your Mission

As our Challenger 300/350 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and polished operations in a dynamic business aviation environment. You will execute precise flight planning, uphold SOPs, and provide a seamless experience for our passengers—every leg, every time.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as PF/PM to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time operations.
  • Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and FMS programming.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory standards with uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to keep flights running smoothly.
  • Deliver a calm, professional cabin and cockpit experience with strong CRM and clear communication.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
  • Current CL30 type rating (Challenger 300/350) — required.
  • Current ATP with FAA privileges.
  • Valid First Class Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Previous relevant experience in similar business jet operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong CRM, decision-making, and customer service mindset under dynamic conditions.
