🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain in the safe, efficient operation of the Challenger 300 through all phases of flight.
- Execute SOPs, checklists, and CRM to the highest standard while maintaining strong situational awareness.
- Contribute to flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Deliver exceptional passenger care and represent the flight department with professionalism.
- Uphold regulatory compliance, company policies, and continuous safety improvement.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 100 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- License: IATRA (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4
- PPC/Currency: Hold a current PPC and maintain currency for an airplane within the responsible aircraft grouping.
💡 Preferred
- Time on type; preference will be given to candidates with Challenger 300 (CL-30) experience.
