As Captain, you will set the tone for operational excellence, leading safe, smooth, and efficient flights while delivering a polished, customer-focused experience. You’ll partner closely with your crew, uphold uncompromising standards, and represent the flight department with professionalism and discretion.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command Challenger 300/350 operations from preflight to shutdown, ensuring safety and compliance on every sector.
• Plan and execute flights: performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM review, alternates, and route selection.
• Lead effective crew coordination and CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering a just, safety-focused culture.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, clear communication, and proactive service.
• Coordinate with maintenance on aircraft status, logbook entries, and MEL/CDL considerations to keep the jet mission-ready.
• Maintain all required qualifications, training, and recency; ensure documentation and records are accurate and current.
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule and varied operating environments, applying best practices for domestic and, as applicable, international procedures.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 4,000 hours minimum
• Type Rating: Challenger CL30 type rating required
• License Required: ATP
• Accepted Licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Preferred: Previous relevant experience in similar business jet operations is highly preferred
