✈️ The Mission

Command safe, efficient, and compliant operations across domestic and international airspace while delivering a polished passenger experience. You will be the point person for planning, regulatory coordination, and execution of complex global trips.

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on CL-30 series aircraft, leading flight crews and ensuring uncompromising safety and professionalism.
  • Plan and conduct international and oceanic operations, including route selection, fuel and performance planning, alternates, and ETOPS-equivalent considerations where applicable.
  • Coordinate customs and immigration, international trip planning, and work seamlessly with foreign handlers and authorities.
  • Identify, interpret, and comply with FAA and international regulatory and operational requirements for cross-border operations.
  • Uphold SOPs, CRM, risk management, and training currency to the highest standards.
  • Represent the flight department with discretion, excellent communication, and service-oriented judgment.

🧭 What You Bring

  • Total time: 3,500+ hours
  • Jet time: 700+ hours
  • Substantial recent experience as PIC of multi-engine turbine aircraft.
  • Demonstrated international operations expertise, including flight planning, regulatory coordination, and successful mission execution outside the United States.
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Passport: Valid; able to travel internationally without restriction
  • Ability to meet company requirements for employment, background screening, training, travel, and aircraft insurance.
  • Ability to reside within approximately one hour of the flight department hangar in Greeley, CO.

  • Bombardier Challenger 3500 type rating and recent operating experience.
