🧭 Role overview

As Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, professionalism, and service on our CL-30 fleet. You will lead the crew, execute precise flight planning and decision-making, and ensure every trip is conducted to the highest operational and customer-service standards.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance on every leg.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, including weather analysis, performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and alternates.
  • Lead effective crew resource management and mentor the SIC to drive a just, professional cockpit culture.
  • Deliver a premium passenger experience through attentive, discreet, and solutions-oriented service.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance for aircraft status, MEL/CDL applications, and timely discrepancy reporting.
  • Maintain currency, proficiency, and training requirements as specified by company and regulatory standards.
  • Complete accurate, timely operational documentation, logs, reports, and post-flight records.
  • Uphold company policies, SOPs, operations specifications, and the operations manual at all times.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC Time: 2,000 hours
  • In Type (CL-30): 200 hours
  • Turbine: 1,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Required (CL-30)
  • License Required: ATP
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • COVID-19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law

🧾 Additional requirements

  • Residency: Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to KBNA or be able to relocate.
  • Identification: Valid, unexpired driver’s license and passport required.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Provide full, legible, color copies (both sides) of all FAA certificates, including Medical; complete a pilot disclosure form; and supply professional references.
  • Screening: Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
