🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain on the Challenger 300/350 (CL-30), you’ll lead a professional two-pilot crew, deliver exceptional safety and service, and operate diverse domestic and international missions. Bring your airmanship and leadership; we’ll support you with world-class training and a strong safety culture.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on CL-30 series aircraft for domestic and international operations.
- Plan and execute flights in full compliance with applicable FARs and ICAO standards.
- Lead crew coordination, briefings, and decision-making to ensure safe, efficient missions.
- Manage performance, weight and balance, fuel planning, and weather/alternate strategies.
- Champion a proactive safety culture, SOP adherence, and high-touch passenger service.
- Maintain required currency, complete training, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- IFR Logged: 300 hours
- Currency: 150 hours in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Preferred: Current PIC jet type rating (Challenger preferred)
- Checkrides: No more than 2 failures
NTR candidates are encouraged to apply; initial and recurrent type training will be provided upon hire.
🔎 Additional Requirements
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
- Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Authorization to work in the United States and to travel to/from all cities/countries served.
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
