🧭 Your Mission
- Captain the Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) with uncompromising adherence to SOPs, regulations, and company safety standards.
- Own end-to-end flight preparation: performance planning, fuel and payload calculations, routing and alternates, weather evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Lead the crew with effective CRM, clear communication, and decisive judgment in dynamic environments.
- Deliver a polished, discreet passenger experience while maintaining schedule flexibility and operational reliability.
- Ensure airworthiness: manage logbooks, MEL/CDL compliance, and collaborate with maintenance for timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Champion an active safety culture through SMS participation and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- License req.: ATP
- Open to Lic. Holders: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
🌟 Additional Requirements
- No accidents, incidents, or enforcements in the last three years.
- Valid FCC RR.
- Current passport, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- Residence that enables reporting to work within two hours of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods.
- NTR: Non-type-rated candidates welcome; type rating provided upon hire.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
