As a Citation Mustang First Officer, you will assist the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and service. You’ll liaise professionally with clients and medical teams, safeguarding privacy and dignity on sensitive MEDEVAC missions. 🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute pre‑flight preparation: performance, weight and balance, weather, and NOTAMs in coordination with the Captain and operations.
  • Operate the aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations, maintaining a robust safety and compliance mindset.
  • Support MEDEVAC missions with professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity to patient and crew needs.
  • Deliver excellent client service onboard, representing Astonjet with calm, courteous communication.
  • Contribute to effective CRM, threat and error management, and timely decision‑making.
  • Maintain personal currency, training standards, and accurate flight documentation.
  • Adapt to short‑notice call‑outs and dynamic schedules with high availability and flexibility.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total flight time: 300 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 150 hours
  • Instrument flight time: 100 hours IFR
  • Licence: EASA CPL / IR / ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
  • French proficiency: ICAO Level 6 (mandatory)
  • Type rating: C510 appreciated but not mandatory
