Lead safe, efficient, and customer-centric flight operations on a modern midsize business jet. You’ll set the tone for safety and service, mentor crew members, and represent Hahn Air with professionalism across a variety of missions.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Act as PIC on the Citation Latitude (C680A), ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Plan and execute flights in accordance with EASA Air OPS and company procedures.
• Make sound operational decisions in dynamic environments and changing conditions.
• Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
• Coordinate with ground, maintenance, and operations teams to deliver reliable, on-time performance.

🧰 What you bring

• License: ATPL (EASA)
• Total time: 2,500+ hours
• PIC experience: Several years, ideally within business aviation
• Type rating: Current on C680A or comparable experience
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: Excellent German and English (C1 level); ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
• Regulatory knowledge: Excellent understanding of relevant EASA regulations (Air OPS)
• Security clearance: Valid German ZÜP per Section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG)
• Soft skills: High sense of responsibility, strong decision-making, teamwork, flexibility, and a polished, professional demeanor
