✈️ The Mission

As Captain on our Cessna 441 Conquest II, you hold final authority for the safe conduct of assigned flights. You’ll ensure full compliance with Federal, state, local, and applicable foreign regulations, alongside strict adherence to our company operations manual. The more senior pilot will have overall charge of the aircraft unless otherwise assigned by the Chief Pilot. You will fly scheduled trips and remain available for short-notice missions, consistently representing the company with professionalism and care for our passengers.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise command authority for safe, compliant operations on every flight.
  • Plan and brief each mission, including weather, route, alternates, fuel, performance, and weight & balance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company operations manual, SOPs, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with sound judgment and CRM.
  • Coordinate closely with the other pilot, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for efficient operations.
  • Uphold a professional cabin environment and provide a calm, courteous passenger experience.
  • Complete required flight paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and on time.
  • Respond promptly to on-call assignments and adapt to changing schedules.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Minimum Flight Time: 1,500 hours total time; 500 hours multi-engine; 200 hours turbine.
  • License & Medical: ATP (FAA); Class 1 medical.
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided.
  • Experience: 2 to 10 years as a Captain or in a comparable role; corporate aviation experience preferred.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, flight procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Operational Skill: Proven ability to safely operate aircraft and manage in-flight operations.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills; able to give and follow directions.
  • Leadership & CRM: Team-focused captain with sound decision-making and collaborative approach.
  • Availability: Reliable response to short-notice, on-call flight assignments.
