🧰 What you’ll do

  • Support the Captain in the safe, efficient operation of the Caravan in IFR and VFR environments, day and night.
  • Conduct thorough preflight and postflight duties, including performance planning, weather/NOTAM review, and W&B calculations.
  • Execute checklists and company SOPs with strong CRM and clear, professional communication.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and fuel management; maintain accurate flight logs and reports.
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused service and represent the company with a polished, well‑groomed appearance.
  • Uphold all regulatory and company compliance standards at all times.

🌟 What you bring

  • FAA CPL with IR; Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Total Time: 500 hours minimum
  • Recent Experience: At least 6 months as a pilot
  • Cross-Country: 100 hours total, including 25 hours at night
  • Additional Time: Either 50 hours turbine or 75 hours instrument
  • Records: FAA record in good standing
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Documents: Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Background: Able to pass a 10‑year background check and pre‑employment drug screening per airline/company regulations
  • Professionalism: Maintain a well‑groomed appearance, positive attitude, and conduct professional interactions with customers
  • Flexibility: Willing and available to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Licenses Accepted: Open to FAA license holders

Type rating is not required—comprehensive training is provided. A $20,100 training contract is required as part of this role.
