Join a safety-focused operator as a permanent, type-rated Captain on the Cessna 208 Caravan. You’ll lead reliable operations across Africa on extended rotations, bringing strong command judgment and a steady hand to every sector.
🧭 The mission
As Captain, you’ll take command of the C208 to deliver safe, efficient, and professional operations. You’ll combine strong situational awareness with disciplined SOP adherence, representing the company with professionalism while operating in diverse environments.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Captain the C208 in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
- Execute thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and W&B.
- Conduct diligent preflight inspections, briefings, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with ground teams, clients, and authorities to ensure seamless operations.
🌟 What you bring
- Total time: 800+ hours
- PIC time: 500+ hours
- PIC on type: 25+ hours on C208
- Type rating: Current Cessna 208 Caravan type rating (required)
- License: CPL — ICAO compliant
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Mobility: Willing and able to travel for 6–12 week periods across Africa
- Preference: Preference will be given to local candidates

Expect extended rotations in Africa (typically 6–12 weeks). You’ll thrive in varied environments, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain unwavering safety and professionalism throughout each assignment.
