✈️ The Opportunity

Join a mission-driven cargo team that powers supply chains day and night. As First Officer, you’ll partner with an experienced Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-schedule freight operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, FAA regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Captain, Dispatch, and Ground Operations for precise flight planning, weight and balance, and on-time performance.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections, systems checks, and performance calculations.
  • Maintain situational awareness in all environments, including night and IMC operations.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and flight parameters; manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC and the operations team to ensure safe, efficient cargo movements.
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture through disciplined CRM, debriefs, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum flight time: 2,500 hours total time
  • At least 1,500 hours turbine time
  • At least 500 hours PIC
  • FAA ATPL and a valid FAA Class 1 Medical
  • U.S. citizenship (required)
  • Proven adherence to SOPs, strong CRM, and clear, concise communications
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a safety-first mindset suited to time-critical cargo operations

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Recent experience in cargo/freight, all-weather, or high-tempo operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with performance planning, weight and balance, and FMS usage
