✈️ About the role

As the Pilot-in-Command, you will be accountable for the safe conduct of each flight, crew leadership, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure efficient, professional cargo transport while maintaining the highest standards of airmanship and decision-making.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as PIC on Boeing 737NG cargo operations, owning aircraft, crew, and mission outcomes.
• Plan and execute flights in full compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Lead, brief, and mentor the flight crew; foster clear, assertive communication and teamwork.
• Manage operational decisions in dynamic conditions with strong situational awareness.
• Oversee weight and balance, performance, and fuel planning; coordinate with load and ground teams.
• Complete pre- and post‑flight documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and professional standards through recurrent training.

• License: Airline Transport Pilot (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Experience: Previous Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) time; cargo experience preferred
• Type Rating: Not required; training provided on Boeing 737NG
• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work; visa sponsorship is not provided
