✈️ The opportunity

As a Captain or First Officer, you’ll ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of every sector. You’ll prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and manage the aircraft with sound judgment from pre-flight through shutdown—all while supporting a collaborative flight-deck and cross-functional team culture.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate F406/C425 aircraft in full compliance with company procedures and all applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Complete thorough pre-flight inspections and review flight plans, performance data, and weather before departure.
• Communicate effectively with ATC and maintain accurate navigation and situational awareness throughout each flight.
• Conduct take-offs and landings while managing aircraft systems and flight controls to standard.
• Respond appropriately to abnormal and emergency situations to protect passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Coordinate closely with co-pilots, cabin crew, and ground personnel to deliver smooth, safe operations.
• Maintain accurate records of flight activities and complete required reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to sustain proficiency and compliance.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

All applicants must hold a valid CPL. Hour thresholds by seat:

• Captain: minimum 1,000 hours total time; at least 500 hours PIC; 100 hours multi-engine; 200 hours multi-engine PIC.
• First Officer: minimum 800 hours total time; at least 500 hours PIC; 100 hours multi-engine.
