✈️ Learjet Captain — LR‑JET Fleet (Lanseria Base)
Take command on the LR‑JET fleet in a permanent role based out of Lanseria. Non‑Type Rated candidates are encouraged to apply — full type rating training is provided. This position suits a disciplined, detail‑driven Captain who thrives in dynamic operations and can respond rapidly to short‑notice dispatches.
🧭 Your mission
- Serve as Captain on LR‑JET operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Lead flight planning and decision‑making: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, weight and balance, and alternates.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections and ensure accurate operational documentation.
- Champion SOPs, SMS, and regulatory compliance while fostering effective CRM on every sector.
- Deliver a polished passenger experience with discretion and outstanding communication.
- Maintain readiness for short‑notice dispatches and variable schedules, meeting the 45‑minute call‑out to the Lanseria office.
- Keep meticulous records and reports to support operational accuracy and audit readiness.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Multi‑engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- Jet: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: SACAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Preferred: Type rated on the Learjet 35 (LR35) is advantageous

🧾 Aircraft & training
Operate on the LR‑JET fleet with structured training and checking. Successful candidates not currently type rated will receive full type rating training, with recurrent training supporting ongoing proficiency.
