TAG Aviation is seeking a seasoned Captain to join our Las Vegas-based Embraer Phenom 100/300 operation. You’ll lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused missions while upholding TAG’s renowned standards of airmanship, service, and safety culture.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism on every flight.
• Oversee flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM reviews, and risk assessments.
• Lead and coordinate with crew members to deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience.
• Champion SMS and safety reporting, maintaining meticulous operational standards and documentation.
• Represent TAG Aviation with discretion and poise in all client interactions.
• Support aircraft readiness, coordinating with maintenance and operations teams as needed.

• Bring strong PIC judgment and a calm, decisive approach to dynamic operations.
• Are proficient on light jets; Phenom series experience is welcomed.
• Hold the appropriate FAA certificates and medical for Captain duties on type.
• Communicate clearly, collaborate well, and deliver thoughtful, anticipatory service.
• Can reliably base in or commute to Las Vegas and adapt to an on-demand flight schedule.
• Embrace continuous improvement and proactive safety practices.
