✈️ The Mission
Lead safe, efficient, and comfortable corporate flights as Pilot in Command on our EMB‑550 Praetor. You’ll champion our safety-first mindset, model excellent airmanship and crew resource management, and deliver a best-in-class experience that reflects Walmart’s values of service, integrity, and excellence.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command, exercising full authority and responsibility for flight safety and decision-making.
- Plan and execute domestic and international operations, including performance calculations, fuel strategy, and route/alt selection.
- Operate within company SOPs and applicable regulations while utilizing SMS, FRAT, and continuous risk assessment practices.
- Lead effective CRM, mentor and coordinate with SICs, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure mission readiness and on-time performance.
- Maintain immaculate standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and passenger care from curb to curb.
- Steward aircraft technical integrity through precise checklists, EFB proficiency, and thorough pre/post-flight oversight.
- Represent Walmart Global Aviation with a service-forward mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,500+ hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000+ hours
- Jet PIC: 500+ hours
- Type Rating: Required; Praetor (EMB‑550) strongly preferred
- Corporate Aviation Experience: 10+ years
- Airframes Experience: Praetor and/or Cessna 680 series
- License: ATP — FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted
