As Captain on the ERJ145, you will lead the flight deck with professionalism and sound judgment, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service on every sector.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Command ERJ145 operations from preflight to shutdown, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a multi-crew cockpit with exemplary CRM and decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Navigate dynamic weather and operational constraints while maintaining safety margins.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC, dispatch, ground operations, and cabin crew.
  • Mentor and develop First Officers; foster a just culture and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation, reporting, and compliance with company and authority procedures.

🌟 What you bring

  • Licences: Valid EASA ATPL; current Class 1 Medical.
  • Type rating: Current ERJ145 type rating with currency per company/authority standards.
  • Experience: 3,000+ hours total time and 100+ hours on type.
  • Language: German and English proficiency (spoken and written); ICAO ELP Level 4 minimum. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain a valid background check according to § 7 LuftSiG.
  • Work authorization: Able to work without employer-sponsored visa (sponsorship not provided).
  • Competencies: Strong CRM, threat and error management, situational awareness, and leadership under pressure.
