As Captain, you hold full responsibility for the safe and efficient conduct of each flight. You will partner closely with your crew, uphold SOPs, and represent Astonjet with diplomacy and discretion. This role suits a captain who thrives in a refined client environment and pursues excellence on every sector.
🧭 Your mission
- Plan and execute flights to the highest safety and compliance standards under EASA regulations.
- Lead the crew with strong CRM, clear communication, and sound decision-making.
- Ensure meticulous preflight preparation, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Deliver a refined, client-first service that reflects a premium travel experience.
- Maintain operational efficiency and commercial awareness throughout every phase of flight.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to preserve aircraft readiness and on-time performance.

- Service mindset paired with rigorous technical discipline and SOP adherence.
- Fluency in French; proficient English with ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1000 hours
- PIC on type: 500 hours on C525
- Instrument time: Minimum 100 hours IFR
- Type rating: C525 required
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- Languages: English (ICAO ELP 4+) and French (fluency)
Nice to have: TRI qualification appreciated.
