As a Cadet Pilot, you’ll complete company‑funded type rating and line training, building strong multi‑crew and procedural foundations. Upon successful completion, aircraft type allocation is determined by seniority, giving you a clear, transparent pathway as you advance your airline career.
We’re looking for safety‑minded future First Officers who are motivated, collaborative, and ready to learn in a high‑performance training environment.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Licence: UK CAA Frozen ATPL
- Training: MCC and UPRT completed
- Additional: Advanced UPRT completion certificate
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Right to work: Unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
