🧭 The opportunity

As a Cadet Pilot on the E‑Jet, you’ll receive comprehensive training, mentoring and a clear path from ground school consolidation to simulator phases and line flying. This role is ideal for motivated, safety‑minded pilots eager to build a career on a modern, efficient regional jet platform.

🧰 Training pathway

  • Embraer E170/E190 type rating provided (NTR welcome).
  • Structured progression through systems, FFS phases, and supervised line flying.
  • Focus on CRM, TEM, and standard operating procedures.

📋 Minimum requirements

  • Current UK CAA Part‑FCL licence: Frozen ATPL(A), CPL(A) or MPL; or the ability to convert an EASA licence to UK CAA via CAA EASA transfer process routes 3, 4, 5 or 6.
  • First‑series CPL & IR pass: Series 1 (Attempt 1 or Attempt 2).
  • Certificates/ratings: CPL, IR, ME, APS MCC, and Advanced UPRT.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
  • Valid Class 1 medical.

🔎 Additional requirements

  • Ground school average of at least 85% with no more than three resits.
  • A valid passport with a minimum of 12 months remaining, permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
  • Sponsorship is not provided; you must hold any necessary right to work.
