🧭 The opportunity

As a Cadet First Officer, you’ll train on the ERJ‑145, progressing from ground school and simulators to supervised line operations. You’ll master systems, procedures, and regional operations while flying alongside experienced instructors and captains committed to your development.

🧰 Minimum requirements & eligibility

  • Total Time: 500 hours minimum
  • Certificates: CPL with IR and ME (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — ERJ‑145 training provided
  • Flight Time Note: At the time of application, you must be no closer than 200 hours to your ATP/R‑ATP minimums
  • Record: No criminal record and no FAA violations
  • Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship not provided

NTR = Non‑Type Rated. You do not need an ERJ type rating to apply.
