🧭 Your pathway from OCC to cockpit
During your first year, you’ll build core operational knowledge inside our OCC, gaining firsthand insight into what awaits you on the line. This unique start ensures you step into the cockpit with both flying talent and strong operational awareness—fueling safe decisions, smooth coordination, and exceptional service.
After approximately 9–12 months of service in the OCC, your type rating begins. You’ll transition to line operations across Europe, applying your operational expertise in the air and strengthening the trusted link between flight ops and the control center.
🧰 What you’ll master in the OCC
- End‑to‑end flight support: planning, dispatch, and day‑of-operations control
- Performance, fuel, weather and NOTAM considerations
- Slot, route and airfield selection across Europe—including remote and secondary airfields
- Coordination with crews, maintenance, and customer service for on‑time performance
- Operational decision‑making under time pressure with a strong safety mindset
Our current fleet totals 14 aircraft: 3× Citation Conquest I, 3× Citation Encore+, 3× Citation XLS+, 2× Citation Sovereign / Sovereign+, 3× Citation Latitude.
🌟 After 9–12 months: take the controls
- Begin your company type rating and transition to line flying
- Operate across a diverse European network of 2,000+ airports and airfields
- Leverage your OCC experience to enhance cockpit decision‑making and service
- Contribute to a culture of trust and high performance between OCC and flight ops
✅ Minimum requirements
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
