Step into a permanent First Officer role on a dynamic business jet fleet based near the Spirit of St. Louis Airport (Chesterfield, MO). This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused, communicative aviator to build turbine experience—no type rating required, training provided.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Captain to execute safe, efficient flights across a multi-aircraft business jet fleet.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and weight-and-balance checks, and post-flight duties.
- Adhere to SOPs, checklists, and robust CRM practices while maintaining exemplary situational awareness.
- Support flight operations admin tasks and communications; document flights accurately and on time.
- Deliver a polished, client-centric experience on every mission with professional, clear communication.

- Thorough knowledge of flight operations and an unshakeable safety mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident, courteous client interaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
- Willingness to relocate within a one-hour drive of KSUS (Chesterfield, MO).
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 1,000 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- License Required: CPL with IR and ME (FAA)
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Medical: Class 1
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- ATP Certificate
- 150 hours multi-engine flight time
- Charter or other corporate flight department experience

- Commute: Reside within a 1-hour drive to support dispatch readiness and team coordination
