🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Operate as First Officer across domestic and international missions in a mixed-type business jet fleet.
  • Maintain readiness throughout your tour, effectively managing rest to ensure you are prepared for flight duty at all times.
  • Adapt to rapid schedule, route, and weather changes; operate days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally—especially under pressure—with Owners, crew, and ground teams.
  • Work comfortably around animals, including handling and care before, during, and after Owner flights.
  • Conduct flights for Owners who smoke while maintaining a safe, respectful cabin environment.
  • Uphold all regulatory, company, and safety standards throughout each phase of flight.

🧰 Flight Time & Certifications

  • Total Time: 1500 hours
  • PIC: 250 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 50 hours
  • Cross-Country: 200 hours (>50 nm)
  • Night: 100 hours, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings
  • Instrument: 75 hours (actual or simulated in-flight; excludes simulator time)
  • ATP: FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • FCC Permit: FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Medical: Class 1

🧭 Schedule & Workstyle

  • Work varying hours including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Duty periods may last up to 14 hours per day for as many as eight days.
  • Trips may span multiple time zones and extreme weather differences.
  • Expect to be away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights, staying in hotels.
  • Must be extremely flexible and able to adjust to rapid operational changes.

🔐 Security & Travel Eligibility

  • Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Must secure airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
  • Pass all Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills under pressure.
