Business Jet Captain (Type-Rated), Multi-Fleet

🧭 The mission

As Captain, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing domestic and international operations to the highest safety and service standards. You’ll lead the crew, ensure regulatory compliance, protect passenger confidentiality, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every leg.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Serve as PIC on assigned flights, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations at all times.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights in strict accordance with the Aviation Operations Manual, Training Manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to applicable provisions of Titles 14 and 49 of the CFR, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Exercise sound judgment, leadership, and Crew Resource Management throughout all phases of flight.
• Coordinate closely with Scheduling, Dispatch, and Maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and mission success.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience with utmost safety, discretion, and professionalism.
• Maintain currency, recurrent training, and checking requirements; complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• Type rating: Required
• Experience: 4 years as a corporate, commercial, or military pilot
• License: FAA ATP
• Medical: Class 1
• PIC qualifications: Must maintain PIC qualifications on at least one type of company aircraft

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• Type ratings: Holds a type rating for at least one of the following: DA-2EASY or G-VII
• Background: Experience in multi-fleet corporate flight operations and premium passenger service environments

📚 Standards & compliance

Success in this role requires demonstrated knowledge of the content of the Aviation Operations Manual, Training Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and the provisions of Titles 14 and 49 of the CFR, as well as the standards necessary to carry out all duties and responsibilities of the position.
