🧰 What You Will Do
- Command multi-engine turbine business jet operations with uncompromising safety and SOP discipline.
- Lead flight preparation: performance, mass and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and regulatory compliance.
- Exercise sound, timely decision-making in dynamic operating environments and varied airspace.
- Champion crew resource management, mentoring the team and fostering a just culture.
- Deliver a refined client experience—confidential, discrete, and service-forward.
- Maintain currency, participate in recurrent training, and adapt to multiple aircraft types as assigned.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: Minimum 3000+ hours on turboprop or multi-engine jet aircraft, with at least 1000 hours as PIC
- Multi-Engine: 3000 hours total; 1000 hours PIC
- Turbine: 3000 hours total; 1000 hours PIC
- License: Valid ATPL (DGCA accepted)
- Medical: Current Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4+
- Radios: FRTOL and RTR (or national equivalent)
- Type Rating: Not required — company training provided
- Right to Work/Travel: Visa sponsorship not available
