🧰 What You Will Do

Command multi-engine turbine business jet operations with uncompromising safety and SOP discipline.
Lead flight preparation: performance, mass and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and regulatory compliance.
Exercise sound, timely decision-making in dynamic operating environments and varied airspace.
Champion crew resource management, mentoring the team and fostering a just culture.
Deliver a refined client experience—confidential, discrete, and service-forward.
Maintain currency, participate in recurrent training, and adapt to multiple aircraft types as assigned.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

Total Time: Minimum 3000+ hours on turboprop or multi-engine jet aircraft, with at least 1000 hours as PIC
Multi-Engine: 3000 hours total; 1000 hours PIC
Turbine: 3000 hours total; 1000 hours PIC
License: Valid ATPL (DGCA accepted)
Medical: Current Class 1
Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4+
Radios: FRTOL and RTR (or national equivalent)
Type Rating: Not required — company training provided
Right to Work/Travel: Visa sponsorship not available
