🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as aircraft commander, ensuring safe, efficient operations and delivering courteous, discreet service to passengers and staff.
  • Exercise decisive judgement in dynamic conditions; plan, prioritize and adapt to variable schedules and operational needs.
  • Lead with exceptional CRM, communicating clearly with flight deck, cabin, dispatch and maintenance.
  • Conduct robust preflight planning, including performance, weight and balance, weather and NOTAMs, and international border preparations.
  • Operate within an established SMS, identifying hazards and contributing to continuous safety improvement.
  • Maintain regulatory currency and training, including meeting TSA requirements for training in the USA.
  • Uphold company standards, confidentiality and a polished client experience on every sector.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Flight time notes: 500 hours PIC on large multi-engine aircraft
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4

  • Ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance and CANPASS.
  • Meets TSA requirements for training in the USA.
  • Excellent CRM, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedule hours.
  • Demonstrated command capability with strong decision-making, planning and prioritization.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced working within an established SMS.
  • Comfort operating in a French-speaking environment with very good English to read and understand technical documentation, and to write and communicate with customers, suppliers and international colleagues.
