Step into a permanent First Officer role on a versatile Boeing fleet. This opportunity welcomes Non‑Type Rated pilots — we provide the training you need to succeed.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate Boeing aircraft as First Officer in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain through all phases of flight, from preflight planning and briefing to secure shutdown.
- Execute checklists, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and precise aircraft handling.
- Manage navigation and communications while maintaining situational awareness and adherence to SOPs.
- Contribute to a safety-first culture and participate in recurrent training and checking.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 1500 hours minimum
- License: R-ATP required; FAA licenses accepted
- Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
- Radio license: FCC Radio License
- Travel: No restrictions on international travel
- Screening: Ability to pass a 10-year security background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Sponsorship: Not provided
🌟 Preferred experience
- 2000+ hours total time
- 1500 hours turbine (jet) time preferred
- 1000 hours PIC turbine (jet) time preferred
- Military aviators: less than 2000 hours total time may be considered; turbine and PIC totals evaluated flexibly
