🧭 The role

As a Boeing 787 First Officer, you’ll operate one of the most advanced airliners in the skies, uphold the highest safety standards, and deliver a seamless experience from pushback to touchdown. You’ll receive structured mentoring from seasoned Captains and have opportunities to broaden your career with roles beyond the flight deck.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Execute all phases of 787 flight operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review flight plans, performance data, NOTAMs, and weather to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Champion disciplined CRM and threat-and-error management on every sector.
  • Deliver professional, caring service that creates memorable journeys for our customers.
  • Contribute to a positive, proactive cockpit culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME ratings.
  • Unrestricted Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
  • Valid passport.
  • Able to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
  • Ability to report to base within 60 minutes when on standby duty.

🧠 Training and onboarding

  • NTR friendly: Non-type-rated pilots are welcome.
  • Type rating provided: Comprehensive Boeing 787 training, with eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) in accordance with FCL.730.A.
  • Ongoing mentoring by experienced Captains to support your development and command aspirations.
  • Opportunities to explore roles outside of flying to further define your career path.

📄 Eligibility snapshot

  • Open to licence holders: EASA
  • Flight time notes: Eligible for ZFTT on the B787 if not currently type-rated (per FCL.730.A)
