Boeing 757 Captain – Part 121 On‑Demand (Type Rating Provided)

🧭 Your mission

The Captain is responsible for all normal flight and flight operations duties, the crew, and the aircraft from report to duty until release. You’ll ensure uncompromising safety, compliance, and service across every phase of flight.

• Command Boeing 757 operations in accordance with Part 121 and company SOPs.
• Exercise leadership, decision‑making, and CRM to direct and mentor the crew.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, weather, NOTAMs, MEL/CDL, fuel strategy, and dispatch coordination.
• Manage in‑flight execution: ATC communication, navigation, fuel and systems monitoring, threat and error management, and irregular operations.
• Complete post‑flight duties, documentation, and debriefs; uphold company policies and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Adapt to an on‑demand schedule with varying flight and duty periods while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 3,000 hours
• Multi‑engine Jet PIC: 1,000 hours
• Part 121: 1,000 hours
• Flight time notes: 1,000+ hours of Part 121 multi‑engine jet PIC time
• Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
• License required: ATP
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1

🌟 Preferred

• B757/767 Type Rating preferred.
• Highly qualified Captains without a type rating but with Part 121 command experience may be considered.

🧾 Additional requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Passport and Driver’s License.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Must pass DOT/FAA pre‑employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA‑compliant background check.
• Motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized; able to manage and be managed.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible; able to multi‑task while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Service‑oriented with strong communication skills; thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment; handles stress and problem‑solving with a positive attitude.
