🧭 The role

As a Senior First Officer, you will operate the Boeing 737NG in a multi-crew environment, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and SOP compliance. You will contribute leadership on the flight deck, support mentoring of peers, and deliver reliable, safe operations across a dynamic schedule.

🧰 What you'll bring

  • MUST hold a current New Zealand ATPL and Class One Medical Certificate; or hold an Australian ATPL and be willing to convert via the TTMRA process.
  • MUST have the unrestricted right to live and work in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Minimum flight experience:
    • 3,000 hours total time
    • 2,000 hours MPA
    • 1,000 hours on types > 50 t MTOW
    • 1,000 hours on type (B737NG)
  • Type rating: Current B737NG only (not MAX), with recent experience within the last 5 years.
  • Accepted authorities: CASA or NZCAA.
  • Medical: Class 1 and ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, SOP discipline, TEM, and high-standard CRM.
